How the Program Works |

The First Visit—Your |

initial $19 consultation lasts approximately 45 minutes and includes a body composition analysis based on new technology. Your doctor will explain the 5-page report including how many calories you burn in a day, and your body’s distribution of fat, water, and muscle. A comprehensive medical and diet history is taken by the physician, along with a thorough physical exam to include lab work and any other necessary tests. Using all this information, your doctor will then present you with your best plan options for weight loss in a safe and effective manner. There are several options available to you. Your plan may involve full meal replacement, partial meal replacement, or a detailed calorie plan using your own food, specific to your metabolic needs. Through your body composition analysis, we can very accurately predict the amount of weight you can lose over a given period of time. |

Follow-up Visits — What to Expect |

With each visit (approximately 15 minutes), you will get a new body composition analysis, and individually meet with the physician to discuss it, along with reviewing your week’s progress. Your doctor will be able to tell you how much of your weight loss has been from fat, water, or muscle, and then adjust your program accordingly. New medication prescriptions will be provided as necessary. With each visit, you’ll learn valuable insights into how you approach your daily life. This will help you maintain long-term weight control. Behavior modules on a different topic relating to weight management are reviewed with your physician weekly. |

Full or partial meal replacement is done with our convenient and tasty portion-controlled products stocked on site. Our products consist of a wide variety of choices including ready-to-drink shakes, bars of different flavors, powder drinks, cereal, salty snacks, and soups. They contain high-grade protein and are nutritionally balanced, so that you may safely reach your weight loss goal. When considering the costs of a meal replacement program, it is important to understand the significant reduction in time and money spent on conventional food and its preparation.
